About Sajan

The journey
behind the
achievements.

I am Sajan Dangol — a professional footballer, Guinness World Record holder, mountaineer and graduate in Management and International Business.

My journey has never been about choosing the easiest path. It has been about believing in a goal, working for it every day and continuing forward when the challenge becomes difficult.

Who I am

More than
the records.

Sajan Dangol is a professional footballer, Guinness World Record holder, mountaineer and MSc Management and International Business graduate from Birmingham City University.

His journey has been shaped by a belief that extraordinary goals are not achieved in a single moment. They are built through discipline, repetition, patience and the willingness to keep going.

Football taught him how to stay consistent, work as part of a team and perform under pressure.

Education developed his ability to think, lead and create opportunities.

World-record challenges tested his focus, endurance and belief.

Mount Everest demanded resilience at an entirely different level.

Together, these experiences have shaped a mindset built around one simple idea:

Dream bigger.
Work harder.
Keep going.

The story so far

One journey.
Many challenges.

01Football

Where discipline began.

Football has been more than a sport in Sajan’s life. It has been a constant lesson in discipline, repetition, teamwork and resilience.

Every training session, every touch and every challenge reinforced the value of consistency — doing the work even when nobody is watching.

02Education

Learning to think bigger.

Alongside sport, education became another part of Sajan’s development.

His MSc in Management and International Business at Birmingham City University strengthened his understanding of leadership, strategy, management and opportunity.

It added another dimension to a journey already shaped by ambition and discipline.

Turning repetition into history.

In 2024, Sajan achieved 9,218 football touches using alternating feet in one hour.

The challenge required precision, consistency and complete focus.

It became the first major world-record milestone — and the beginning of a much bigger chapter.

Aiming higher.

In 2025, Sajan stood on the summit of Mount Everest.

The challenge was different from football, but the mindset was familiar.

Preparation. Patience. Resilience. One step at a time.

The foundation

Football taught me
how to keep going.

Through football, I learned that improvement comes from repetition.

You do not become better through one good day.

You improve by showing up again and again — training when it is difficult, learning from mistakes, trusting your team and continuing to work when progress feels slow.

Discipline

Show up even when motivation disappears.

Consistency

Small actions repeated over time create extraordinary results.

Teamwork

No great achievement is built completely alone.

Perseverance

Failure is not the end of the journey.

Beyond sport

Learning to lead,
manage and create.

Sport developed Sajan’s discipline.

Education developed his perspective.

Through his MSc in Management and International Business at Birmingham City University, he strengthened his understanding of leadership, strategy, organisations and opportunity.

That combination of athletic discipline and academic learning continues to influence how he approaches challenges — both inside and outside sport.

The records were never only about numbers.

They were about discovering how far concentration, discipline and belief could go when tested under pressure.

Everest

8,849m

Everest represented a different kind of challenge.

At altitude, progress becomes slower.

Every step requires patience.

Every decision matters.

And every metre reminds you that the summit is only reached one step at a time.

What guides me

The values
behind the journey.

01

Belief

Every achievement begins with the belief that something is possible.

02

Discipline

Motivation changes. Discipline keeps you moving.

03

Consistency

Great results are built through small actions repeated over time.

04

Perseverance

Failure is information — not a final destination.

05

Courage

Growth begins when you are willing to attempt something difficult.

06

Purpose

Achievement matters more when it can inspire someone else to believe in their own potential.

Mission

To inspire people
to believe beyond
their circumstances.

My mission is to use sport, extraordinary challenges and personal experience to inspire young people, athletes and anyone with a dream that feels bigger than their circumstances.

I want to show that ambition becomes meaningful when it is matched by discipline, patience, hard work and the courage to continue when the journey becomes difficult.

Dream boldly.
Work consistently.
Keep moving forward.

Vision

To build a legacy
that reaches
beyond records.

My vision is to build a global platform that encourages the next generation to dream bigger, challenge perceived limits and pursue extraordinary goals.

Records may be broken.

Summits may be climbed.

But the greatest legacy is helping another person believe that they can go further than they imagined.

The greatest legacy
is what you inspire
in others.

The mindset

Dream.
Believe.
Work.
Persevere.
Achieve.

Every achievement begins as a dream.

But dreams only become reality through hard work, sacrifice, patience and an unwavering belief in yourself.

Believe in your dream.

Work for it every day.

Never let failure define you.

Keep going when it gets difficult.

And never be afraid to aim higher.

“Impossible is not a destination.
It is simply a challenge waiting to be conquered.”

What comes next?

The journey
is still
continuing.

Every achievement creates a new question:

What else is possible?

For Sajan, the goal is not simply to look back at what has already been achieved.

It is to keep learning.
Keep challenging.
Keep climbing.

The next summit
is still ahead.
